Mill Run Condo Association
Located in beautiful Garrettsville, a village in northeastern Portage County, Ohio, United States. The population was 2,449 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Akron metropolitan area. The village was formed from portions of Hiram, Nelson, Freedom, and Windham townships in the Connecticut Western Reserve.
Our neighborhood consists of 24 duplex-style single family condominiums ranging in size from 1100 sq ft to 1300 sq ft. Available utilities include city water, public sewer, electric, natural gas, telephone and cable services. Our neighborhood is served by James A. Garfield School District, a class A Ohio school district.
